Want to get a new sub with new pc

I am buying a new pc soon and i wanted to get a lifetime sub afterwards. The problem is that i already bought a sub before and i have a hwid lock on my current pc with this account. My question is will it cause me any problems if i get a new sub on the new pc? Will i be able to get a hwid reset without any issues?

you shouldn't have any issues resetting your hwid, just make sure you're not on a VPN and you're on the same ISP/IP as before

I think i did switch to a different isp. Should i just make a new account?
