I want to buy the cheat but I wanted to know will Trust factor score be affected after using this cheat? Even if we play with legit settings.

If you play very blatantly, you will get reported more and your trust will most likely drop. But if you try to actually hide the fact that you are cheating and don't go all out then you will get reported less and your trust won't really be affected that much.

My question is doesn't the game/VAC detect that something has been injected into the game and automatically reduces the trust factor?
