Problem with login

4 days ago i noticed that i was not able to log in to my account because of this error:
"the username and password doesn't match or the 2fa code is incorrect.aimware"
I then change my password successfully and still was not able to log in because of this problem with Aimware.
I contacted Zim and arpac but till this day nobody responded so i am forced to create a thread and ask for some help.

For the record, my account is not lost and i am able to change my password with my email but after changing the password the problem still persist.

The only 2 options are "Lost account" and "VIP not recieved" which both of them are not the problem that i am facing here.
I did not lose my account i still have access to it i'm playing with Aimware on csgo right now. The problem is that i am not able to log in to the website, i can log in to the loader just fine and inject successfully without any problems. I tried to change my password like 100 times lol but still i can not login on the website but the loader works just fine.

I never enabled the 2fa verification so i'm a little bit confused here and need some help with this. It's kind of frustrating to ask my friends for the aimware loader everytime because i simply cannot log in to the website. I need some help with this....

Then create it under "Lost account" as you lost access to your account, provide the proof and we will help you out.
