Subscription bug?

Dont really know where to go to come into contact with the admins but I need to speak to someone because i subscribed to the 30 day subscription on May 30th. However, when i went to upload aimware today, i noticed it saying that I only have one day of subscription left on my account as of today. Why am i paying $20 for a week when i'm told it will last 30 days.
