im planning on buying the csgo hack life time but i am mainly gonna use it to rank up on csgo is this hack 100% VAC proof because i don't wanna really waste $15.00 each time i get VAC banned so just need someone to answer this, thanks.

We Survived the biggest ban wave recently and even the small ones so around 4 of around the last month or 2 no detections have been reported.
