L4D2 sv_cheats bypass

I was thinking about buying the l4d2 cheat, but i wanted to ask how does the sv_cheats bypass work, like does it allow you to enable god mode on valve servers?

It won’t allow you to type god etc however it’ll allow some restricted commands to become usable.
