software questions

Hey, hope you all well!
I am new to AIMWARE and to this forum so i am sorry if I make any mistakes.

I have two questions before buying a sub:
1) Will I have any problems if I don't have Windows activated?
2) Will I have any problems if I have been using other cheats? (but I will be using AIMWARE from now on)
