can i choose to attck teamate on the v5?

No, you can't.
It'll only attack teammates if they're enemies (server cvar).

thank you for you answer just to make it clear if for example i am in a server and my team shows in a glow hack as red (enemy) so the knife bot will attack them right?

Correct, this will only happen if the server has set that everyone is an enemy (ex. deathmatch etc).
