Tried to buy a sub for a friend

So i logged into my friends account that he made 5 minutes ago and bought him aim ware. This is his account now. When i bought it said error code 9 purchase declined. The purchase still went though and i lost 20$ for no reason. I would really like some help. I had enough money in my account as the purchase did go through but i did not get VIP access to the website. Its been a day and still nothing .
