Extraction needed once purchased ?

do we need to extract any files once we download the file after purchase or is it an application ?
what all paths are needed to use file ?
cause other hacks ask to extract and my device dosent support extraction and winrar dosenot work properly 
so we double click the downloaded file and it runs ?(is it that way?)
or we have to do some more steps?

You just download the loader and run it. It's very simple.
