Aimware lifetime account got hacked

My old aimware lifetime account got hacked. I downloaded a ip or key logger and got ratted and they got my aimware password. They tried to change my account hwid on forums but got banned instead. I have all the information for the account. Can I still recover my account? My old account is cocsucker69.
