Does my paypal email have too be the same as my email on the aimware account? Also, once my 1 month runs out will my client just not boot? Or how does that work

You don’t have to use the same email.
When your subscription expires the client will tell you so. If you would like to keep using the cheat you will have to buy the subscription again.
