You haven't specified what you purchased or what method you used. If you put in the incorrect username at the payment page, you will have to wait for admins to manually correct the mistake.

So, you're telling me that you didn't even purchase it but you wanted to be activated? I'm not sure you know how these things work. Yes, you can download it after you have purchased it.
