Features Undetected?

Hi guys i want to rage as long as i can in matchmaking
Are all Features (silent aim/anti aim etc.) undetected ?
i mean will i get an untrust ban after 3-5 rounds or can i hack as long as i get the overwatch ban ?

i had x22 and got 3 rounds with rage then untrust..

Yeah because x22 has some detected rage features that will cause untrusted.
Aimware have some proof.
