Help me please

Hi, I've been apart of Aimware since early 2017 and on 1/14/2020 my account got stolen. My accounts name was ASAP. I have tons of proof that it's my account like emails and stuff like that. I would be more than grateful if you replied and looked into this. You could maybe check which county it got last logged in from, since I'm from Finland the guy who stole my account is most likely not from Finland.

I've also tried to change my password, but since I created a new account to write this PM it won't let me for some reason. Every time I click "(Lost your password?)" it just sends the password reset confirmation for this account and not my ASAP account..
