How do I access the aimbot menu?

I tried the IwantCheats aimbot, it was terrible, I got no instructions on how to access the in-game menu and mess around with the settings of the aimbot in order to make it less obvious, or totally obvious.
How do you access the menu for this aimbot in game? This is all I want to know before purchasing.

We got a menu in game where you can configure every feature and it can be opened/closed whenever you want.
If you go on the main page you can see how it looks like

With a key, which is setted to INS by default, and can be switched to any key you want

I just bought the 30 day vice, how do I download, and what is INS key?

Activation is automatic and it takes 5 minutes to process your payment and change your status from normal user to VIP user, INS is insert, you find it on your keyboard
