Purchasing with a Pre-paid Mastercard

Hi I've recently purchased a pre-paid Mastercard to buy Aimware, I was supposed to load the money onto a PayPal account but after 3-4 hours of a call center I found out that I can't and I was wondering whether I can buy Aimware using a pre-paid Mastercard? If not any suggestions is greatly appreciated
