Cant log in to account

Its as if the password and email just changed despite me not even having used the account for awhile. I know my username have proof that i purchased my subscriptions but I just cant sign in. But the contact us button on the page does not work? How can I contact administration to get my account back?

Should I message more than once? Its been 2 days and he has been on and offline multiple times since then but still hasnt read or responded. Or does it take long usually?
