users cannot login to their accounts

have a few friends that apparently cant login to their accounts, so I am hesitant to purchase my own aimware VIP. any update here from the admins?

I understand that, but what about their accounts? One of my friends had like 1-2 weeks left on their subscription. They don't know how to contact you since they cannot login. What do they do?

Tell them to make a new acc and then contact staff also they will need transaction ID etc to make sure that accs belong to them.
