Since it has been quite a while since I last used a cheat, I was wondering if you make a steam account with a different email / no connection to your main account other than having been logged in on the same pc, can your main account get banned if the new account gets vac banned. Thanks for the help.

Just make sure you don't share the same phone number and don't turn on family share.

Yes you can make a new account where you want to cheat and your main won't be banned. Unless you connect them via same phone number, but don't do that. Also you can be on the same PC.
