Does aimware support FaceIT anticheat? If it doesn't, is there any plans to make aimware support it?

No, we don't support FaceIT as of now and there are no plans of supporting it yet.

it doesn't support the FaceIt Client AC but certain features like wall esp etc with the serverside anti-cheat MIGHT not get you banned
Iirc I used it before and didn't get banned. But it's still risky.

I have played with legit aimbot on serverside ac and it worked, didn't get banned and the account is fine to this day. From what I remember all visuals were glitchy because of some serverside thing fucking up the dormant check.
