2 computers

so i have 2 computers can i use it on both but not the same time like i use it for 2 hours on this computer then i use it for another 2 hours on the other computer and they both have the same IP

Cheat is restricted to one computer and you can ask an hardware id reset if you wish to switch computer

how HWID resets do i get per day because i dont have my Gaming PC for 2 days i have my other PC can i use it for 2 days on this PC then get an HWID reset after 2 days ?

You can request hardware id reset from the VIP panel, what you want to do it's fine and you can do it.
