Probably the wrong spot.

I have been using aimware for almost 2 years now and my account login plus password no longer works I went to reset my password but it says my email doesn't exist I've made sure I am spelling it completely correctly and I've tried a dozen times my account user name is slop_me I have an email from like 5 days ago talking about an update in csgo so I know I'm entering the right email.
If someone could get back to me with details on how this issue can be rectified that would be great.
