Hello,

after purchasing the CS:GO cheat for 30 days with the vice10 coupon via PayPal, I have received an error which says: Internal Error #9. However, after checking the PayPal balance, it seems the amount (15.99CHF) has been withdrawed. I didn't get VIP even though I waited more than a day, so what does that mean? Also I am getting no response by the staff aka zim. Yes I have the setting on that I can get pms from other users.
