Does SpeedHAck Still work in csgo?

and after buying the hack can i run the hack in any resolution i want?

If the server has the command sv_max_usercmd_future_ticks set to 0 you are still able to speedhack. You can use the cheat with whatever resolution you want, windowed or fullscreen doesn't matter.
