I tried buying a subscription with PayPal, but it says I have to add a debit or credit card even though I have sufficient funds on my account.
I know that Mar1k is an official (or something) reseller, but I can't get in contact with him because he's not online (at least on Discord).

Clarification: was trying to buy a CSGO subscription.
