So I don't play csgo for a long now but i'll come back and wanna ask this↓

Is aimware legitbot still the best one (like 2017)?

Many things changed since 2017, but the legitbot is still very decent as I'm playing with it myself.

Compared to many other cheats I think AW has a very good legitbot. It's incredibly customizable(maybe even the most)and you can hit P while still not getting an OW ban. On top of the fact it has a good ragebot that can tap most standard stuff(if you have a good cfg). For it's price to content/quality, it's on the top IMO.
