cant buy without Mastercard etc?

I tried to buy aimware for CSGO but when i tried to pay with paypal, it said I needed a Creditcard. Currently i dont own one of these because it didnt have a purpose for me, and im not looking towards getting one. Is there a way to pay via paypal without a creditcard.
