Sorry your Visa-**** is not accepted. [CARD GETTING DECLINED]

Hello I've been having trouble purchasing Aimware for 90 days because all of my cards get declined when im at the paypal checkout and I try to pay it says sorry your visa isnt accepted try a different method i've tried it with a master card credit card as well, it doesnt work.
I called paypal and they said its your merchant not accepting the card soooo whats the problem im trying to give you my money just take it jeez.

Try contacting the bank that gave you the credit card and ask them more about that.

I've already done that they said I can make the payment without an issue but its either paypal or Aimware and i already talked to paypal and they said its the merchant soooooo.

our country not supported pyapal i have only one option for visa & master card but you guyz can't open what i do? i don't have more option to buy your cheat give me any solution please.
