Getting cheat after you paid

I am currently looking into to this cheat and am defiantly thinking of buying it. When you check out it seems as though they get the cheat to you through your forum username. Is this the case? If so how do you make sure to get it to the right person?

When you're buying a subscription you will be asked to put your username, if you want to be 100% sure that it is you just copy & paste the username.
