VIP Account hacked or lost ?

I'm using a alt account since every time I try to sign into my main it says wrong user / password, and when I try to recover my password it says wrong email.. but I know it's the right email because i have previous emails from you guys for the account. I have seen shots with proof that I will provide. The account name is ImKushy .
