and it says the payment has been approved in my bank, i called them too. they said its been approved and its taken out my balance.
when you purchase it says "waiting for payment" said that for about 15 minutes and i decided to cancel the order.

so.. will i be refunded? or does that payment stick with @mark? help please?

You need to contact the service in which you paid. They will tell you why your money is in freeze, so they can return your money in the near future if they do not receive a response from you.
