Buying from reseller security

I am buying lifetime from a reseller ( not mar1k) and i was wondering if there is anything i can do to be more secure with this. This guy is trusted but what im most worried about is what if he refunds after taking my funds. i cannot refund my funds sent to him either since it is through steam wallet. so what i guess im asking is, is there any way i can ensure that he wont refund the payment. for example ive seen some people put in the note in paypal when paying something like " I ___ own this paypal account and im paying for aimware.net lifetime subscription. I will not refund this payment" something of the sort. IDK MAN i just wanna know if theres any way i can be more secure with this.
