Before I buy it I have a question

Planning to buy 30 day VIP once I get my question answered and I was wondering if we get vac banned on one account and once we make a new account CS:GO transfers to that new account too does that mean im vac banned on that new account too? and if I do still got that vac ban on my new account is there anyway to get rid of it? :P because I made 2 accounts and 1 is a smurf I just want to hack on and 1 account is my main with 100$ worth of stuff on it and I dont want my account with a lot of stuff on it vac banned :P
