Terrible Customer Service

Hi everyone these gangsters won't reset my fragging ID! I have been unable to play CS:GO and cheat at the same time for over a week. I guess the excuse that re-installing window 64 bit to 32 bit wasn't a good enough excuse. So if like we can get this thumb up and my ID reset that be nice.
