I have been a regular cheater in many years in my life. I have tried MANY hacks for many games. For CSGO, I have tried little over 40 hacks. Many of which are paid hacks. Now, with that said, I would like to say, that AimWare is the best one of them! This is the only hack, that I have purchased more than once!
Legitbot:
Very good, with the correct settings, you could play like GE and 1hit everybody and still nobody would think that you are cheater.
Ragebot:
For those times, when the russians are using some sort of crappy wallhack and shooting you throught the walls or you just feel like raping somebody - Very good, the best ragebot out there!
Visual:
Well, after that last update, the ESP is littlebit buggy, however considering that Valve has patched it greatly, still the best one out there!
Misc:
Quite good, nothing too impressive there, however everything you need exists.
