Hey my name is Jonas and that is a stupid question (maybe idk)

so I bought Aimware 2 times now and i just wanted to look on my VIP panel and it says :

[*]Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
[/list]And I wanted to know If i am banned or if this message dissapears after I purchased it because i really did nothing wrong !
