How do I get a harware reset? Do I have to request it somehow or how does it work?
I tried it over the button in the VIP panel, but that didnt work out...

Request a HWID reset here -> https://aimware.net/forum/panel.php?action=hardware-reset
Put the right reason for it, waiting time can be up to 72 hours.
